| about the park The Knoll skatepark has been around for almost 4 years. The park started because my dad wanted me to have a place to skateboard with out getting hasled. I had some ramps at my house and this warehouse came up so My brother, my father and I were like lets give it a whirl and see if it works. we had no idea it was going to last for this long or even if it was going to last for a month or two. It has been three and a half years and the park has seen over two thousand three hundred people. the park was just set up so it would pay the rent if it could even do that, then more and more people started coming and the park started doing pretty good. the first year was like a dream because we didn't think it was going to last. It was one of those things that the oportunity came up and we took it. we didn't want to look back some day and say oh we sould of did that, too bad we didn't. so we took a chance and this is what happened. |
